In my capacity as clerk of works to the Royal National Theatre, I had
occasion to meet Kevin Murray and observe his work at very close
quarters. He has consistently provided a high quality of work and did
so without any external supervision. Kevin is obviously someone who
is competent in his trade and is self motivating in wishing to produce

It is with no hesitation whatsoever that I recommend Fine Wooden Floors to anyone reading this letter. Fine Wooden Floors installed around 60m2 of wooden flooring in our home, some 2 months ago, and we cannot say enough about their levels of service and quality. Their communication was excellent from our first interaction, through to the end of the work, their staff were pleasant, timely and skilled, and Kevin in particular went to great lengths to assist us by commencing work on very short notice in order to fit in with our timetable. Our house required some detailed work including internal manholes, large bay windows and hidden wiring, and we are more than pleased with the result of all work done. After 2 months of living with the floors, we can still find no poor detail, and the quality remains outstanding.
With my background as a project manager for property development, I am used to dealing with a wide variety in the levels of care provided by builders, craftsmen and the like. Kevin Murray and his team have, by far, provided the highest level of pleasant service in any of my dealings.
